This afternoon as part of #childrensmentalhealthweek Mrs Hallam held a special assembly, all about mental health.
To promote healthy minds and build awareness of mental health Wainwright Primary Academy pupils are being invited to take part in a competition being run by Miss Mansfield & Sherwood Forest, Bethany Wigley, to design a poster to show how we can look after our own and other people’s mental health.
The winner will have their poster published on the side of Mansfield District Council’s refuse lorries for thousands of local residents to see every week. A great way to promote mental health awareness to everyone in our community along with showcasing pupils talents.
Poster designs need to be submitted to the academy by Monday 11th March 2019 – we are very excited to see our talented pupils’ creations.
