There is a proven link between high standards of uniform and improved learning, so we expect pupils to show pride in their appearance.
New uniform guidelines
Ahead of the new government guidance, coming into place September 2023 regarding uniform, the below uniform list is up to date and will be used going forward. The new uniform supplier, who will provide the uniform items which include the academy logo, will be announced soon.

Hair, jewellery and labels
On health and safety grounds, we do not allow children to wear jewellery to school (except for small studs and watches).
Excessive hairstyles are strongly discouraged and the decisions about the suitability of an individual style are the responsibility of the Principal whose decision will be final. Shaved designs are not allowed, nor are multiple hair colours. All hair accessories should be modest and where possible, in the academy colours.
We do not allow headwear to be worn during class time or inside school buildings, except for religious or medical reasons.
All clothing should be clearly labelled with your child’s name. This is especially important, as uniform items look similar and can easily be confused for another child’s. The school cannot accept responsibility for any lost items.
